Our rooms, carefully designed in every detail and equipped with every comfort.
In addition to having a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, you also have air conditioning, a refrigerator, a safe and a 28″ flat screen TV with integrated digital terrestrial and free Wi-Fi.
During check-in you will need to provide a document valid for each guest, including children.
The check-out is from 8:00 to 10:30 am in order to ensure the cleaning of the rooms.
Payment, for administrative reasons, must be made in cash or by electronic means during the check-in and will include all of your period of stay in the facility.
Prices include:
- The estimated price for the room (which can vary depending on the season and occasion)
- Breakfast offered in the bar near The Tre Spezie
- The daily cleaning and replacement of linen and towels of bathroom and bedroom
(taking into account the agreements on change of linen) - Additional bed for children under 3 years is FREE
In case of groups or stays for long periods, discounts will be applied to the stay.
We inform you that starting from 1/03/2012, the City of La Spezia ordered the application of a tax of € 1.50 per person per day (except for children under 12 years of age ). City Tax, as provided by law, will be charged at your arrival.
Prohibitions
Pets Allowed, after the necessary evaluations with management.ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING: for non-compliance of the rule, the guest is required to pay a penalty.
IT IS ALSO PROHIBITED access to the facility to people not registered to management.
DO NOT store personal items in the shared spaces and in the landings. The hotel is not responsible for items left unattended, even those in ones rooms.
In case of damage to the guest house property like remote controls,air conditioners, TV, furniture,and in case of loss of keys, including the key card, a penalty from a minimum of € 50 will be charged.
Room service is NOT available.
The linen will be changed:
For stays up to 4 days only in the moment of arrival.For stays of a week or more 2 times a week.
Daily change of towels left on the ground.
Cancellations:
If cancelled up to 1 week before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.If cancelled up to 3 days before the date of arrival one will be charged at least one night.
If the room is cancelled LATE OR FOR FAILURE TO NOTIFY the entire period previously booked will be charged.
